Turbo Back Exhaust 3" No Cat, With Hot Dog ZD30 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

3" Turbo Back Exhaust No Cat, With Hot Dog - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU 3L ZD30 Wagon

This full exhaust system replaces your factory setup from the turbocharger outlet right through to the tailpipe. The standard exhaust on a ZD30-powered Y61 GU Patrol is notoriously restrictive. This restriction increases exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), which is a major contributor to engine failure in these vehicles. By replacing the entire system with a larger diameter, free-flowing exhaust, you allow the engine to breathe properly. Failing to address a restrictive factory exhaust can lead to poor fuel economy, sluggish performance, and dangerously high EGTs that risk terminal engine damage.

Features & Benefits

• 3-Inch Mandrel Bent Pipe: Ensures a constant diameter throughout the system for maximum, uninterrupted exhaust flow. This directly lowers EGTs, improves turbo spool, and increases power and torque.
• Catalytic Converter Delete: The removal of the restrictive catalytic converter provides a significant improvement in gas flow for off-road or competition use.
• 'Hot Dog' Style Resonator: Provides a deep, clean exhaust note without the excessive cabin drone often found in lesser quality systems.
• Quality Aluminized Steel Construction: Offers excellent durability and longevity for tough Australian conditions, both on and off-road.
• Direct-Fit Hangers & Flanges: Designed as a direct replacement for the factory system, utilising the original mounting points for a secure fitment and a more straightforward installation.
