Genuine Nissan Fuel Filter TB42 - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ

Genuine Fuel Filter - Nissan Patrol Y60 GQ TB42 Carburetor

This fuel filter is located in the fuel line, between the fuel pump and the carburettor on your TB42 engine. Its job is to catch any rust, dirt, or other contaminants in your fuel before they can reach the sensitive components inside the carburettor. A clogged or failing fuel filter restricts fuel flow, starving the engine and causing poor performance, hesitation, or difficulty starting. If contaminants bypass a failed filter, they can block the small jets in your carburettor, leading to a much more involved and expensive repair.
