Genuine Nissan A/C Air Conditioning Stretch Drive Belt - Nissan Navara D23

This is a Genuine Nissan air conditioning (A/C) stretch drive belt kit for the Nissan Navara D23 NP300 fitted with the YS23 engine. The belt is located at the front of the engine and is responsible for driving the A/C compressor. This kit includes the specific fitting tool required for correct installation, as stretch belts do not use a traditional tensioner assembly.

Over time and with exposure to engine heat, drive belts can wear, crack, and stretch. This causes a loss of grip on the pulleys, leading to symptoms like squealing noises, poor A/C performance, or complete system failure. Replacing a worn belt with a genuine Nissan part is crucial for maintaining reliable air conditioning, especially in harsh Australian conditions.

This is the same as 119200552R just with the fitting tool.

Product Features

• Genuine Nissan Quality: Manufactured to Nissan's exact specifications for correct fitment, material composition, and service life, guaranteeing reliable performance.
• Complete Installation Kit: This kit includes both the A/C stretch belt and the mandatory special tool required for a safe and correct installation.
• Durable Construction: Made from a high-quality rubber composite specifically engineered to withstand high engine temperatures and mechanical stress without premature stretching or failure.

Installation Notes

Installation of this stretch belt is a moderate workshop job. Due to the lack of a tensioner, the included fitting tool and a specific installation procedure must be used to correctly walk the belt onto the pulleys without causing damage. While replacing this belt, it is good practice to inspect all other engine drive belts, pulleys, and any tensioners for signs of wear and replace as necessary.
