Genuine Nissan A/C Compressor Bracket TD42 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

Genuine Nissan A/C Compressor Bracket - Nissan Patrol GQ GU TD42

This is the genuine Nissan mounting bracket for the air conditioning compressor. It bolts directly to the engine block and provides a secure mounting point for the compressor unit. These brackets can fail due to constant engine vibration, stress fractures, or damage from an accident. A cracked or broken bracket is a serious issue that needs immediate attention.

If the bracket fails, the compressor will become loose, instantly throwing the drive belt. This not only means you lose your air conditioning but can also lead to the loss of other critical systems if it's a shared belt. A loose compressor can cause significant damage to other components in your engine bay, the drive belts, and the compressor unit itself.
