Genuine Nissan Rear Wall Vent Grommet - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU Ute

Genuine Nissan Rear Wall Vent Grommet - Patrol GU Ute

This genuine Nissan grommet is located on the rear cabin wall of your Patrol GU Ute, providing a crucial seal for the cabin pressure relief vent. It is a precisely moulded rubber seal designed to prevent the ingress of dust and water into the cabin. Over time, exposure to the sun and weather causes the original rubber to become hard, brittle, and cracked, compromising the integrity of the seal.

If a failing vent grommet is not replaced, it can allow water and dust to enter the rear of your cabin. This can lead to dampness, musty smells, mould growth, and potential rust damage to the floor pan and surrounding areas, especially after rain or when driving on dirt roads.
