Oil Filter Housing Spigot Black ZD30 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU & Navara D22

Oil Filter Housing Spigot Black - Nissan Patrol GU Y61 ZD30

This spigot is the threaded component on the engine's oil filter housing that the oil filter screws onto. The original factory spigot is notorious for corroding or having its threads damaged during routine oil changes, making it difficult to achieve a proper seal. For any 4x4 owner who values engine reliability, replacing a worn or damaged spigot is essential maintenance to prevent oil system failures.

The risk: Ignoring a damaged spigot can lead to an improper seal with the oil filter gasket, causing a persistent oil leak. This can escalate into a significant loss of oil pressure while driving, resulting in catastrophic engine damage and leaving you stranded far from help.
