Patrolapart Starter Motor ZD30 - Nissan Patrol Y61 GU

This is a direct-fit replacement starter motor developed by Patrolapart, designed specifically for the Nissan Patrol Y61 GU series equipped with either the ZD30Di or ZD30CR diesel engine. The starter motor mounts to the engine block or bellhousing and engages the engine's flywheel to get your Patrol running. Over time, internal components like the solenoid and brushes wear out, causing symptoms like slow cranking, clicking noises, or a complete failure to start. This unit is a reliable solution engineered to restore your vehicle's starting performance.

Product Features

• Built Tough for Aussie Conditions: Developed and tested by Patrolapart to withstand the heat, dust, and water crossings common in Australian 4WDing.
• Reliable Performance: Engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications, providing strong, consistent cranking power. Using an inferior starter motor risks premature failure, potentially leaving you stranded.
• Direct-Fit Installation: Designed as a bolt-in replacement for the original factory unit, ensuring a straightforward installation with no modifications required. Replacement is a moderate workshop job as access can be tight.
• Essential Maintenance Tip: When replacing your starter motor, it is crucial to inspect the battery terminals and main power cables for any corrosion or damage to ensure a solid electrical connection.
• 12-Month Warranty: We stand by the quality of our parts, offering a comprehensive 12-month warranty for your peace of mind.
