This is a  555 Japanese Outer Tie Rod End to go on the RH (drivers) side of the Steering Rack.

555 TIE rod ends are one of the most well known and best quality aftermarket Japanese tie rod ends available

If your steering has some clunking or is a bit sloppy, it could be a sign that the ball joint on the end is on its way out.
