These have been designed to extend the bump stop which will prevent damage to your shock absorber from bottoming out. this is most likely to happen if the car has excess weight like a bull bar etc. over the front of the car and and you put a lot of force on the suspension in an off-roading scenario.

It is common practice in all cars to extend or replace the bump stop for larger ones when fitting a lift kit.
Although these are designed for the Nissan Patrol Y62, they are an ideal upgrade in the D23 NP300 Navaras requiring only a slight modification.

To fit these in your NP300 you'll need to drill out the locator slot in the lower arm a little larger to fit the locator tab.

These Bump Stops are a lot larger than standard NP300 Bump Stops and are a lot more progressive, great for lifted vehicles.

These have also been designed in conjunction with Ontrack 4x4 to ensure they offer maximum protection with all of their available lift kits as well.

These bump stops have been produced using a slightly softer Duro rubber to take out some of the harshness when the car does hit the bump stop.
The result is a softer, longer bump stop that compresses less than a factory bump stop.
