EGR Blank Plate - Nissan Navara D22 D40 R51 YD25

This EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) blanking plate is designed to fit between the EGR valve and the EGR pipe on your vehicle's engine. The purpose of this plate is to block the flow of exhaust gases from re-entering the intake manifold.

This plate blocks the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve, so it stops the exhaust gases going back through your motor and gives many benefits.

Turbo spool times can be quicker, stops carbon particles clogging up the inlet manifold and less oil contamination.

This mod is not a legal modification to your vehicle as it changes the vehicles emission control system functions so it should only be used for off road and race vehicles so the choice whether you use it or not is up to you.

Note: This plate may cause an engine light to come on or your car to bring up a fault code. We have another plate with a small hole in the centre to fix this issue available separately in our online store.
