These are a NON Genuine Nissan Turbo Exhaust Manifold Gasket to suit the above vehicles. 

They are an MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) Gasket that goes between the Cylinder head and the Exhaust Manifold. It has 2 layers.

These are common to leak exhaust fumes and causing a high pitch squeal because wear and tear as a result from the heat generated from the turbo and from the two layer gasket vibrating against each other.
