This front washer pump motor is located on the windscreen washer fluid bottle, typically found in the engine bay. It is a small electric pump responsible for pressurising and sending washer fluid from the reservoir through the lines and out of the jets onto your windscreen.
A common thought is that the washer pump rubbers are leaking, however more often than not, it is the pump itself leaking through it's internal seals.
