This radiator drain cap is located on the bottom of the radiator around the middle.
Obviously if this is missing your car will not hold any water.
Sometimes the thread can get damaged when trying to undo this cap, if you notice any damage, best to replace it straight away to avoid completely wrecking the cap making it very hard to undo the next time.
