This is a Genuine Nissan Timing Chain Tensioner that is for the DOUBLE row timing chain that connects to the camshaft sprockets, also known as the upper tensioner.

It is recommended this be replaced along with the various sprockets, tensioners,chains and guides at the same time to avoid issues later on.
