Suit Warn High Mount Winches
This is the seal that goes over the brakeshaft to form a seal with the bottom housing.
Having a leaking seal will allow oil to come out and water to enter in. Both of these situations are not ideal for your winch.
Best to replace this seal if you winch is leaking from here.
